How To Make Chicken Opor

Very simple and very easy way to be practiced at home without having much capital and without having to struggle to find sellers in stalls. Why should we look for kalu we can make sendiri.jadi let's learn independently and not depend on others.

Chicken Opor Material:
1.        4 tbsp oil for sauteing
2.        2 stalks of lemongrass leaves, take the whiteness, crush
3.        5 kaffir lime leaves
4.        3 bay leaves
5.        2 headed chicken, cut each into 4 parts
6.        1 1/2 grains of coconut, grated, squeeze into 250 ml thick coconut milk and
7.        1 1/2 Lt of thin coconut milk

Softened seasoning:
1.        3 tsp coriander granules, roasted
2.        1/2 teaspoon cumin, roasted
3.        2 teaspoon pepper grains
4.        6 grains of pecan, fried
5.        3 cm kencur
6.        3 cm galangal
7.        100 g onion
8.        5 cloves of garlic
9.        2 tsp salt
10.      2 tbsp brown sugar comb

How To Make Kampung “Village Chicken Opor:
1.        Heat oil, saute the finer spices, lemongrass, lime leaves, and bay leaf. Stir until fragrant.
2.        Enter the chicken pieces, stirring until the chicken is stiff.
3.        Enter the diluted coconut milk, cook over the medium heat until boiling and tender chicken.
4.        Add thick coconut milk, stirring occasionally until boiling. Reduce the heat, cook until coconut milk is a bit oily.
5.        Opor chicken is Ready to presented.
