How to make "Onde-onde"


Nice “Onde - Onde“
  Ingredients
1.      225 gr Glutinous Rice Flour
2.      75 g Steamed potato, mashed
3.      75 gr Sugar
4.      1/4 teaspoon Salt
5.      175 cc Warm water
6.      100 gr. Sesame
7.      Sufficiently Boiled Water for dye

Ingredients Contents
1.      100 gr Green Beans, soak for 1 hour and steamed 25 minutes
2.      100 cc Coconut Milk
3.      1/8 teaspoon Salt
4.      50 gr Sugar
5.      1/8 teaspoon Vanilla Powder

Steps
1.      Skin Onde-onde:
Mix the sticky rice flour, potatoes, sugar and salt. Add warm water bit by bit, stirring until dough and can be formed.
2.      Weigh the dough of @ 20 gr
3.      Content of Onde-onde (suit one's taste):
stirring green beans  and coconut milk. Enter into a pan; add sugar, salt and vanilla. Cook until the dough is smooth. Weigh the dough content of @ 10 gr
4.      Take the Skin Onde-onde dough , add the Such Onde-onde content, round again for Onde-onde. Dip it in water and roll it over the sesame. Fry with medium heat until brownish yellow
