How to Make Original Rawon

 How to Make Original Rawon

Ingredients:

1.            500 gr of meat,

7.            1 cm turmeric
8.            1 cm ginger
9.            5 kluwak seeds
10.          2 pieces of lemongrass
11.          4 orange leaves
12.          2 bay leaves
13.          1/2 cm galangal
14.          leeks Sufficiently
15.          fried onions Sufficiently
16.          Tomato Sambal's taste
17.          Melinjo crackers sufficiently
18.          1 lime
19.          soy sauce Sufficiently
20.          water Sufficiently
21.          Sugar, salt, flavor Sufficiently

Steps:

1.            Boil meat and jerohan until tender, then dispose of water.
2.            Cut meat shaped like a dice
3.            Stir fry the spices, then enter all the spices
4.            Add water sufficiently, sugar, salt, and flavor.
5.            Enter the meat into rawon stew, wait until finished.
6.            Serve rawon rice with a sprinkling of sprouts, spring onions, fried onions.
