How to make Salmon sushi

 How to make Salmon sushi


Ingredients:

1.           100 gr of salmon fish
2.           2 rice dishes, cooked sticky (I use jasmine rice, according to stock in home)
3.           1 avocado
4.           1 cucumber
5.           2 sheets of seaweed
6.           Mayonaise
7.           Soy sauce
8.           Chilli powder

Steps:

1.           Chill the hot rice on the plate, make it as thin as possible.
2.           While waiting for the cold rice, cut it long avocado and cucumber, just thin.
3.           For mature salmon, saute salmon briefly with olive oil and a little sugar (for savory).
4.           Prepare the bamboo rolls. Place one nori sheet, then stack it on top: rice, salmon, avocado and mayonaise like the picture.
5.           Roll from the bottom one time towards the top, solidify the sushinya. Then release it, then roll it up again towards the bottom. Press 2 until the rice is solid, so as not to crumble when cut.


6.           Cut sushi with a sharp knife that has been moistened with water, so as not to stick.
