How to Make "Empek-Empek ikan Tengiri"

How to Make "Empek-Empek ikan Tengiri"

It's nice if we can make the Empek – Empek” itself so do not have to bother looking for people who sell Empek-Empek.
So I give the recipes for those who want to make "Empek-Empek"

Ingredients:

1.        100 g of Wheat
2.        200 ml Water
3.        2 tbsp Salt
4.        2 tbsp Broth powder

“Empek-Empek” Dough:

1.        1 kg Mackerel fish meat already milled
2.        4 btr eggs
3.        500 gr Farmer Sago

Ingredients Cuko:


1.        1 ltr Water
2.        1 kg Palm sugar
3.        250 gr Cabe cayenne
4.        150 gr Garlic
5.        100 gr Small shrimp
6.        2 tablespoons cooking vinegar
7.        2 small bks of Javanese Acid
8.        to taste salt

Steps:

1.        Boil water, salt and broth powder until boiling.
2.        Enter the flour. Stir constantly until the dough is smooth. Turn off the fire. Allow to cool
3.        Mix the meat with milled eggs. Stir until well blended
4.        Put the dough mixture. Stir well
5.        Enter farmer sago. Simply stir until well blended
6.        Dough ready to be formed.
7.        Boil water in a pan. Add a little cooking oil . Cook until boiling. Enter after the Empek-empek” has been complete
8.        Boil until pempek floats. Continue to boil for about 5 minutes. In order for pempek mature to the inside.
9.        Lift and drain

Steps to make its Cuko:

1.        Puree garlic, cayenne and Small shrimp. Set aside
2.        Boil water, palm sugar and salt until boiling
3.        Enter the mixture of cayenne pepper that has been mashed.
4.        Enter the cooking vinegar and tamarind
5.        Boil again until boiling. Turn off the fire
6.        “Empek-empek” ready served with ”Cuko”
