How to make “Asem Vegetable” Typical East Java

Vegetables tamarind in each region must have its own characteristics but I love a simple recipe but remain delicious and do not reduce the taste of the archipelago.  How to make “Asem Vegetable Typical East Java


Ingredients:

1.        5 long beans
2.        1/2 kale
3.        3 local cucumber
4.        1 sweet corn
5.        50 grams of peanut
6.        50 grams of long sprouts
7.        1 chili pepper
8.        3 onion cloves
9.        3 garlic cloves
10.      1 cm laos
11.      3 tablespoons juicy tamarind water
12.      1 teaspoon brown sugar
13.      sufficiently Salt
14.      600 ml water

Steps:

1.        Cut the long beans (about 5 cm), prepare the kale, corn, cucumber and sprouts.
2.        Slice thinly onion, garlic, large chilli and cut into 4 parts.
3.        Prepare water in a pan, insert corn and beans, and cucumber. Allow to boiling water again.
4.        After boiling, put onion, garlic, chilli, laos and beans.
5.        Then, enter tamarind water and brown sugar and salt. Wait for the boil water again.
6.        Then, enter the spinach and sprout, cover the pot and let it to boil equally. more or less for 2 minutes.
7.        Move it into serving plates and “Asem vegetables East java can be enjoyed.
